Child Theme Support

Please follow the links in order. Should you require further support with setting up your child theme, please contact us. Please ensure that your query is child theme specific as we only offer support on your purchased child theme. To add your text and images, please refer to the Elegant themes website for more information. Please remember to enable the Divi Builder on all pages and posts unless otherwise stated.

WORDPRESS INSTALLATION:

To obtain a copy and install WordPress please visit: wordpress.org.

If you need any help with the installation, please refer to this guide: codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress or follow our tutorial on our blog. Please note that this theme will only work on WordPress.org.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you install a copy of WordPress from WordPress.org and not WordPress.com

This child theme requires a clean most recent version of WordPress installed on your server and also the installation of the Divi parent theme. The child theme will only work with an installation of the Divi theme. You can purchase a licence for the Divi theme here.

Once you have WordPress installed make sure you set the permalinks to which ever option you choose.

We have used Post Name ( Settings >> Permalinks >> Post name >> Save)

DIVI (PARENT THEME) INSTALLATION:

In order for the child theme to work, you must install the Divi theme. Install the theme by following this tutorial on the Elegant themes website.

You can also FTP the theme onto WordPress with a FTP programme.

Activate the Divi parent theme before you install the child theme!
