Importing the Demo Content:
On the WordPress Menu go to:
Tools >> Import
Scroll down to the bottom where it says ‘WordPress Install Importer’ and click on this. This will import the WP import/export plugin.
Follow the prompts and import the content.xml file.
You may see whole lot of media files have not been imported, but this is normal. The image files must be swopped out with your own content, as they will be hotlinking to my server and will need to be changed to the url of your domain. All images can be found on unsplash.com.
Post images are not imported with this file. The demo layouts are now on all the pages and can be edited.
Please select the home page in Settings >> Reading. Do not allocate blog to the 2nd drop down – leave as is.

If you get stuck setting up the menu’s, visit this link for a tutorial on how to set up your menu in WordPress.
Now that the menu’s are set up, we need to set a static front page.
Go to Theme Customiser and select Static Front page, set the Front Page display to ‘Static Page’ and select the home page of your choice in the drop down box of the ‘Front Page’. Then save.
Blog Post Set up
There are no layouts in the library for the posts. The theme uses the native WordPress wyzywig editor. Select the sidebar you want to in the top metabox to the right.
Footer and Sidebar edit
The footer and Sidebar layout can be found in the Divi Library and can be edited here. Please see how to add the custom widget here for the footer.
